Final Verdict

I am impressed with the Ghostery Chrome extension, mainly due to its feature of providing privacy when browsing. The ad-blocking feature also works exceptionally well, as I was fed up with the Google Vignette ads that kept popping up on random websites. Even the ads on YouTube are blocked effectively. I literally didn’t get a single video ad on YouTube after getting Ghostery installed. If you don’t like ads on YouTube and the privacy consent or random ads popping up when browsing, this extension is a must-have.
